My baby chick is sick

It may need its chick feed ground smaller and dampened a bit with water. Does it drink water? If you tap on the water dish it will get the idea. Or you gently dip it's beak in water so it knows where to drink. How old is the chick? Do have you it under a heat lamp that provides warmth? Baby chicks chill easily and take ill. You can try tempting it with small pieces of scrambled egg, plain yogurt,or warm oatmeal. Since it is an only (?) chick, give it a stuffed animal to cuddle with.
