Hi! M RIRs are over a month old but they are much smaller than my other chickens.

I have Australorps, Barred Rocks, and RIRs and the others are so much bigger. (Aren't Barred Rocks supposed to be a smaller breed? Because they are huge!) Is this a problem that they are smaller than the others even though they are the same age? They are all really sweet with each other so I am not worried that the others will bully my RIRs. I was just wondering if they need some supplements or something. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Our RIR is pretty identical in size to our Barred Rock and Buff Orpington of the same age (all 4 weeks). Could they be bantams (are there bantam RIRS? I know nothing about bantams except that they're small.)

I"m pretty sure that they are not Bantams. They have regular combs, and where I got them, it said nothing about Bantams. I got them at a store called Agway. They sell all kinds of farm stuff and things for animals. Their pretty reliable and would tell you if they were selling RIR bantams.
