I see you have also posted the question to those in your area and hopefully someone will help with an answer.

But you can try a google search to see if the ordinances are available on line. And suggest you call your City Clerk's office or local Agriculture Agent to see if they have the answer.

Hope you can have your own flock soon.
 
I suggest you join your state thread and see if other BYCers have advice and information to offer you. Just put Minnesota in the search box and it will pop up.
 
Currently Arden Hills, MN does NOT allow backyard chickens. I contacted the city council and was informed that, resident input did not support changing the current ordinance restricting backyard fowl. If anyone has interest in raising backyard chickens in Arden Hills, MN please contact the city council and voice your support. Below is the email to contact the city council as a whole, including the Mayor.
