Hi I'm new to this site, I bought a janoel 12 last week I am trying to hatch some mandarin duck I have 8 eggs in it at the moment it's keeping heat well and seems to be OK. I am just wondering has anyone done ducks in it before thanks.

I am using the janoel12 incubator and was wondering how often it turns the eggs. I am using it for duck eggs Thanks
 
Does it completely turn them? Mine has not turned the eggs at all I am turning the eggs by hand. Any ideas to help with the automatic egg turner
