2 year old Cochin putting its head on back

We have a two year old Cochin, boots, who started putting her head far onto her back. She sometimes falls over from this and seems a little weak. This started five days ago. She is still eating and pooping. I must mention that we have lost three other birds that are the same age in the past two months. They have seemed to die for no reason. Please help. Of all of our birds, boots is our favorite.

Sounds kind of like Wry neck to me. I had a duckling that started to go crooked on me. Gave her some Poly vi sol (no iron) infant vitamins and it straightened her out in a week or two. I recommend looking it up, as it is potentially reversible.
 
This can be a sign of wry neck (opisthonotos, torticolis) which is only a symptom of many things. Mareks disease, Vitamin E deficiency, head injury, fowl cholera, Newcastles disease and others. Poultry Nutri-drench given 2 ml daily by mouth will give her vitamin E and selenium that she needs. Add some water to her feed, and hold her several times a day to help her get enough to eat and drink. Here is some info to help:
