Lavender orpington chick, pullet or cockerel?

Hey guys. I have these two lavender orpingtons chicks. Their around three weeks old. I was wondering if you guys could help me decide if they are pullets and cockerels. Also if you think their feathers are healthy. I'm worried about them having retarded feather growth even though the farmer said they bred a black rooster to a lavender or maybe blue hen to get these guys.

The possible rooster

He's on the left with the darker legs

i think this one is a pullet

She's on the right

Thank you!

A bit too soon to make any accurate guesses especially from photos, a few more weeks and any roosters will get pink combs.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.
