I have two black chicks, and all e black chicks I had had black or grey feet. But this one chick has greyish black feet with yellow halfway up her feet. Is this normal for chicks to have different colored toes?

It's common in some breeds. Barred rocks have that - especially females. Base yellow legs/feet with splash of black/grey going down them that sometimes makes them look like half and half black/yellow legs.
