Hi,

My name is Dixie. My husband and I are considering having backyard chickens but we know nothing on how to get started. I joined this forum to gain knowledge before diving in. I look forward to learning from everyone.
 
I am a new chicken mommy and it is very addicting it seems.so get ready to spend most of your day thinking about your little chicks

Hi Dixie, as DD says, the learning centre is the best place to start. If you have a topic of particular interest, just type it in the search box and you will get lots of threads and articles on the subject.
