Is this really a rooster??

Ok so I have this mixed breed chicken Cheerio and leghorns are in the mix. Definately has a big red comb and red wattles coming in. I think about 9 to 10 weeks. But this one acts extremely "hen-like". Is not bossy does not puff up with other rooster chicks or stand upright much. I am giving back roosters as I can't have them. It this really a rooster?

Kinda looks cockerelish to me due to her big wattles and comb and her kinda curved tail feathers. But does have a body of a hen. I would wait and see to make sure you don't give away good layer.
 
If its legs are long and thick and if it has a large red comb, it's probably a rooster. Sorry to say this, but I think yours falls into that category. But, like elizabethjg said, the body looks kinda like a hens. I would wait if I were you, but it looks like a roo to me. Maybe someone else can disagree?

Thats what I was thinking too, but couldn't tell if there were saddle feathers, cuz pullets can get those curvy tail feathers too.

9 to 10 weeks is a bit early for visible male saddle feathers.
The bird in question is a Delaware. The bright red comb, at such a young age, and the barring through the tail indicate that it is a cockerel.
 
Let me get another photo. Juat throws me off a bit. The others I know are roos. But this one gets me.
 
Definitely a cockerel.

At this age, it's just a baby still. Not necessarily going to act "male" yet, or have sex feathers. It hasn't hit puberty, so to speak. But no hen will have that much red comb and wattles at this age.
