Hen or rooster???

I think this is a rooster but there are no Spurs and it doesn't crow yet.
Can anyone tell?
 
How old is the chicken? It looks like a rooster to me, judging by the redness of the comb and wattles and the tail feathers are quite long and arc over like a rooster tail. I'm thinking a rooster.
 
I think it's a rooster, but I'm not quite sure. I'm thinking rooster because its legs don't have the grey
on them that hen's have.
 
I'm not sure of the age. We bought a group. We thought we had all hens but I don't think so lol
Is there a way to tell his age?

definitely a male. I'm thinking cuckoo Marans, with the pattern and white/pink skin. I'd guess around 4-5 months old.

some birds don't get spurs until around a year. And some don't crow until 6ish months, especially if they've been moved recently and are a little timid.
