She can't breathe?! Help!! Been doing this for a while now.

She's having difficulty breathing, it's like she's gasping for breath. It's wheezing

She may have eaten something that has become stuck in her crop such as grass, straw, or pine shavings. Try to get her to drink some water, and if you have SaveAChick electrolytes, add them to the water. The more water she gets the easier it is to treat. Massage her crop to try and break up the impaction. Look in her throat to see if there is anything blocking her airway. Look up "impacted crop" in the search box above and read Two Crows how to treat crop problems.

No.. She is the same, but now she's moving more.. She can't eat or drink thought because of her mouth staying partially open... I can hear her wheezing still and it's scaring me.

Definitely keep her separated from the flock just in case better safe then sorry. If you really concerned and have a local vet that can see birds you can take her in if you want. My vet sees chickens and other fowl sO I'm lucky and it's cheaper than a dog or cat lol

My girl started wheezing last Wed.
I put her on a Nebulizer with baytril water from the vet.
gave her enroflaoxin 1ml. twice a day.
She is outside now with her mates. I do take her in
for her treatments and medicine and keep her in at
nite for the time being. The XRay she had showed pneumonia
in both lungs.
It is a miracle.
