How to handle treatment?

I'm coming for advice because I'm really concerned about one of my small flock. She is behaving normally but her backside is raw. None of the other birds have this issue, but they are all a little bit off and not laying since I removed one of their broody companions.

What, if anything, should I do to try to treat the featherless spot?

Is she being picked on by the rest of your flock?
That may be the cause of her raw bottom. I have seen this happen in times of stress.
You may want to isolate her until her raw red bottom has healed. Your other chickens will just keep up their bad behavior if they can see the red featherless area. Clean her up with a warm butt-bath, dry her off and apply Vetericyn to the wounded are. That stuff is great-- it's a wound and infection treatment. Good luck to you!

Thanks so much for the input. I'm keeping a good eye on her and haven't seen any bullying. She's actually number 2 on the dominant list. First aid info is very helpful.
