What I would do is spend as much time as possible with them, just quietly sitting talking to them and offering them treats when you visit. Let them associate the treat with you and your hands, so it will become a "positive" for them. It will take a bit of time, so be patient. The more time you spend around them, the quicker they will get used to and not be so afraid of you as well. Keep your movements slow and steady though, when reaching out, do it slowly and if possible, not from above, as poultry instinctively fear things "swooping in" on them, think birds of prey.
