HELP I think the hatchery sent me a ton of roos!!!!

I ordered 25 speckled Sussex chicks from cackle hatchery. I received them on April 8th all was well. I ordered 22 pullets and 3 roos. I'm so confused. Are all of them roos? Some have really lg combs and waddles others have no waddles but red combs.
 
I am trying to upload pics but it isn't working. I ordered three roos in case some didn't make it. I would sell the extras.

Since you are having trouble uploading your photos, maybe I can help - in reverse - by showing you my Speckled Sussex at about the same age yours are...


Speckles (the little cockerel) on the left, Freckles (the pullet) on the right. Hey, don't giggle at me - my granddaughter named them!

The difference when they were sitting side by side was clear.


Same two birds at about 6 months old. Sorry, Speckles' head is a little blurry because of a fly. They are standing in the same order they were in the picture above this one. I hope this helps a little bit.
 
Only the one on the front right is a cockerel. Do more of them look like the one on the left or the one on the right?

I hace three that look like the one roo in the pic. The rest look like the other however i dont notice a difference in foot size or feathers. I am new to chickens though. Here is another pic
