Can anyone tell me a little about my Polish

I have no idea what that color would be and can anyone tell me if it's a little male? I think it is but its prettier then our other male. They are still very young like 2 months but Blue and Blacky work as a team herding what are for sure hens...And will I need to seperate them if it is a male. All our birds are hand raised and all our Polish have been raised as a Flock. And will not be put in with the other flock as the other flock doesn't like new birds. Lol the hens are a picky bunch.
 
I wasnt sure if he would fight with the other one I know our americauna roosters had to be seperated or someone would have been injured and I wasn't sure if polish acted the same toward other males. :)
 
Do you know anything about Blue's color? He has a mix and I wasn't sure if he's a breder or just our pet. He's staying either way was just curious.
 
His crest makes me think pullet while the red coming in over his wings make me think cockerel. The "what breed or gender people," should be able to figure it out. How old is the bird?
