Hello all, I saved a chick Sunday from a cat and now I am keeping the little thing. I don't know much about them so I am hoping that I get a lot of help here. I don't know how old the chick is or it's sex so I am hoping to get that info and how to be a good chick mama

Hi welcome-byc.gif

Glad you could join the flock! How nice of you to take the chick in. They do so much better with friends so if you could find a couple of friends of a similar age would be great for your new chick. The learning centre is also a fab place to check out ~ http://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center Lots of great articles there that are most helpful.

Good luck and enjoy BYC frow.gif

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele
