rouen or mallard?

So my neighbor got her first duck and she decided it was too much work and wants to give her to me. I was just wondeeing if its a mallard or rouen. She came from tractor supply and they had no idea of what breeds they had. I dont really want a mallard since they fly... she is pretty small compared to my blue swedish that we got at the same time. Here is a pic of the duck.

Cute baby. Could she be a Muscovy? Her bill is so pale. Do you have a picture of her whole body, from the side?
 
I belive that is a Mallard. My Mallards looked just like it. When they were 3 to 4 weeks old.

I texted and asked if she has a oicture of her whole body and she sent this, said she cropped it because of what the guy said about her eye stripes.

I notice her bill color is different than Peepingtons mom rouen. Does that signify gender? I have seen adult Mallards and Rouens, and the Rouens are bigger like on steroids. But if you have nothing to compare her with, you wouldn't know.

I want to say it's a rouen. Even though the line is broken it is still there.
