Can you get better pictures? How old are hers? How old are yours? They shouldn't combs like that if they are hens until they are laying.
My neighbor has rhode island red mixed with isa browns and all her girls look like my roosters.

Actually I think you're right, they definitely look the closest, we'll just see when they grow up
