This friendly chickling that flew right up to my friends head, kind of looks like the Mille Fleur Bantam pictures I found.

Hmm, the only cockerel so far is the last one (on your head). Most of them look like Old English Game or Dutch bantams which come in many different colors including Spangled, Millie Fleur, Red Breasted, and Silver Breasted (and a lot more).
 
I'm pretty sure the one on your head is a boy. The two on the edge of the box appear to be girls. I think the other speckled one is also a hen (girl) but might need to see a better picture of it. When they get older you will start to see the size and comb differences which should give you a pretty clear understanding of their gender. Hope l could help.
