Found black dot on comb!!

I have a cockerel and I found a black dot on its comb this morning. I don't know how or what caused it. If anyone knows what this is I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you Jensownzoo!! What a relief I was worried it might have been some sort of illness!
 
No problem. I have noticed that when two chickens (esp cockerels) are sizing each other up and neither one will back down, they go for the combs first and start dragging the other around by it. I'm sure once they grow spurs, they might modify things but the first time I saw it...ouch!
 


Mine have them all the time...especially those lower on the pecking order. This one is always trying to snatch a juicy treat from the boss hen and she usually pays for it in the form of a swift peck to the comb...
 
Thank you Cacique500!! I will have to keep my little guy away from the adult roosters until he is ready to fend for himself :)
