My sweet silkie boy fell in the goose pool

He was breathing, but soaked and cold and shivering. Brought him in, dried him with a towel and then used the blow dryer on low warm which helped a lot.  He is still lethargic, and I can hear a rattle which scares me more than anything ., . . what can I use for him to help prevent pneumonia?

All I want is for someone to put their arms around me, kiss my forehead and tell me everything is going to be alright.

keep it warm and have food and water always available and if you think it gets/has pneumonia take it to the vet so they can give you medicine and probably call the vet to im not an expert
