Please help! Duckling with some down missing

Hello everybody. I have 1 duckling in a gather/group of 9 that has some down missing. Bald spots. it's as active as the others but is the smallest. It eats and jumps right into the water pan that we provide. What is wrong with this little one? How can we help him/her?

Best thing to do would be to sit and observe them all are they picking on this one because it is smaller. Only way to know is to watch for a while with out you interacting with them so you can see their normal behavior. You could also add some poultry vitamins to their water and see if that helps. Are they kept in a pen or do they have a large area to forage in? Sometimes if the area is small they will chew the feathers off each other but you may just notice it more on this one because they are doing it more to him. What are their age? and breed
