Hi Everyone! I am brand new to chickens and I need to know if my three Rocks are roosting in the correct place. They are inside the coop and roost on the perch but they don't walk up the ladder inside the enclosure where there are two additional roosting bars. This area has the removable poop tray under it and would be nice if they spent time here sleeping/pooping (for easy cleaning). This area is next to the nesting boxes and I'm afraid they will keep avoiding this area of the coop even when they start laying eggs. I have included below the stock photo of the coop. Any thoughts?
