Hi from the UK

Hi there smile.png

I've been using this site for a while, so I thought it was really time to join the forum! This looks like such a knowledgeable place and I can't wait to get talking to fellow chicken and duck keepers!

We currently have 11 chickens and 6 runner ducklings and I'm hoping to add quail (plus a few more hens/ducks) to the mix at some point this year smile.png

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

If you haven't noticed yet, I am the king of typos.

When I post in the "What Breed Or Gender Is This" section, I do not name hatchery/peoples' hybrids by a "breed" name (for example, Oliver Egger)--they are either a purebred or a mixed breed.

Hi welcome-byc.gif from Yorkshire!!

Glad you could join us here! Nice mix of birds you have there and I'm sure you will really enjoy quail. I hatched and raised some and they were fab little birds. Please do pop by the UK thread that Sumi left the link for. We may have some members that are pretty close to you wink.png

Wishing you the very best of luck for the future and enjoy BYC frow.gif
