I had seven hens, and was getting about four eggs a day.
Neighbor gave me her three hens. Now with ten hens I'm getting about two eggs a day.

Introduction seem to be going well. Plenty of space. My chicken run is 50 feet long and 15 feet wide. Plenty of space for them to avoid confrontation.

Any idea how long it will take to get back a reasonable egg production?

Usually when you combine birds you will have some disruption. Sometimes things settle down in a week or two, other times the changes throw some birds into a molt, and they will not start laying again until the molt is over. Hopefully they will all settle in soon.
