Blue Ameraucana are solid blue. No silver or red should express at all. If that's a Blue Ameraucana, it's one of the most poorly bred I've ever seen. The coloring is pretty typical of Easter Eggers, though. Either the few hatcheries with Blue Ameraucana have really managed to screw up their lines in just a year, or your source has no idea what they are breeding.

all that color on the wings is called leakage, and it only happens on the wings in males. Females get it at the throat/neck/chest.
