What kind of greens , like lettuce or arugula or radicchio can chickens eat? I have a Salad mix with Spinach, romaine, oakleafs, lola rosa, tango butter lettuce...can they eat it?

They can eat all of that. I plant some of those in their pasture.
Forage turnips, radish, beets, clover and other forbs all work well.
You'll probably notice their yolks get darker as well.
