What time should I feed my chickens should I feed them in the morning in the afternoon of just make Sher they have food all day
 
They should have access to a feeder all day. Make sure your feeder is in a covered shaded location out of the rain and direct sun. My one gallon gravity feeder hangs in the coop. They visit as often as they like.
 
food and water should be available at all time

for me i just put plenty for food for 1 day -- do not like leaving 4-5lb of feed in the feeder when it's 110+ outside.. even when both are in shaded area 24/7.. it still hot to touch


and clean out the waterer every 1-2 days - to prevent slime build up--
