Questionable Polish crested

She(?) is about 6 months, no eggs yet and beginning to get extra feathers on the neck. She(?) is also doing some interesting behaviors, singing, jumping on the other hens. I know next to nothing about this breed. The seller was adamant that this is a pullet. What do you all think?

Looks like a girl to me. A boy would look like a punk rocker with spikey head feathers. She could be getting ready to lay soon if she's singing. Some breeds take longer to start laying. I have an Old English Game bantam hen who will mount my bantam Wyandottes in a show of dominance.
