Sorry - I wasn't aiming my thoughts at you directly. Just the words. You stated very well your thoughts and I totally agree. Didn't mean to offend.

We are good, sorry you felt you offended me. Everyone has an opinion, and we all put our pants on the same way. I hope, and encourage all to state it. I'm sure my plant will love to see me retire, so they don't get mine anymore I am on year 35, have 3 more needed to be eligible to retire. Opinions are one thing, FACTS, now that's another area.
like many, I have done this all my life, made many mistakes, and still learning. NEVER be afraid to teach others with facts, something they can read in books (yeah, old style) and SUGGEST, what life mistakes you have made to help them. Some won't take either, they know it all and learn the hard way, and can't tell you they were wrong.
I sought advice on bob white quail eggs, had horrible hatch rate a couple months ago. 50% weren't fertile, were replaced with extras at no charge. Upped the humidity to 70% instead of 63, and have 5 new hatch-lings right now, 2 more cutting shell. Wait and see for others. So I have work to do when I get home tonight. (spelling may be off) Strombergs Hatchery and Supply have anything you could need, and advice. Very old, and reliable company. Wish me luck, I won't be on here for a few days
