He's not been found. This was an old pic. I'm going to write a letter to management. I doubt they will accept my offer to put speed bumps in. The ones I've looked at are the really annoying ones that are like a foot wide and the hard rubber type that are bolted down im assuming. We saw a car going, what I said 40mph, but my boyfriend said faster than that, drive through there at like 2 am. I'll ask them what's it going to take....a child being hit? An adult? Or me? Walking across parking lot with groceries at the right time?
