I have a black langshan and I looked at one of her feet and there was a black spot. I cleaned it off and most of it came off, but it looks like there was a cut and it is black. It is not swollen. Is it bumblefoot, or is it ok?

It would be logical for it to be bumble foot, but you said it's not swollen.can you post a picture?
I don't have a good camera. It just looks like kind of a black crack. It isn't that deep. Most of the black came off when I wiped it, but it is only black inside of the crack. It doesn't look like the pictures of bumblefoot I've seen.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.......I'm Not sure then.
Is she eating and drinking all right?
Are her comb and wattles and face pale?
What does her poo look like?
How old is she?
Is she laying?

Also, what kind of feed do you give her?
How many other chickens do you have?
And, is her crop any it swollen.
May seem a bit of topic but if she has any different signs, she could have something else.

I give her layer feed. She is laying. I have 6 other chickens. She is about 6 months old. Yesterday she layed 2 eggs. Her poo looks normal. I am not sure if it is anything. It could just be a crack with some dirt in it because most of the surt came off. It does not look like an infection. She is eating and drinking. She isn't pale.

Good. Hmm, wow, two eggs?hmmm, never seen that before.
I really don't know.

It list feels kind of rough and a lot of the dirt comes off when i wash it. I don't think that it is really anything.

I was looking at it today and it looks more swollen and it looks like the black stuff goes in further and I pulled a little bit off and it bled a little bit. I am entering my chickens into the state fair in the 14th. Is it bumblefoot? She usually lated 1 egg a day, but she layed 2 eggs again today.
