HELP!!!!!!! Roo Found Drowned

Last evening at dusk if found my 20 wk old Roo floating in my horse tough. I don't usually have more than a foot of water in it but we had gallons of rain yest and well...... I feel horrible. I did chicken CPR and did manage to revive him, Kept him in the house lastnight in a cat carrier on a heating pad and he was alive this am but he doesn't seem to be quite right. I'm worried about brain damage or he could just still be stressed but he doesn't seem to be "there". He just sits in my isolation coop. Won't eat or drink or walk around unless I heard him around. I did manage to get him to swallow some small pieces of grapes by placing them at the back of his throat. Any recommendations for what I can force feed him to keep his strength up to he hopefully fully recovers?
 
I think if he's made in this far there's a good chance he'll make a full recovery. He probably has enough reserves that you don't have to force feed him yet. Just keep him calm and monitor. And maybe put a fence post or something in the tank so he can latch onto it and crawl out if he ever falls in again. Good luck to you!
 
I agree with redsoxs. We used to keep a board floating in the horse tank to prevent kittens from drowning if they fell in. We also made sure to keep it fairly full so when they got leverage on the board they could make it to the side of the trough and jump out. Good luck with your roo; I'm sure he'll be fine with time.
 
Thank you all for the well wishes and advice. My fingers are crossed. More suggestions are welcome. Want all my bases covered. He's my first Ameraucana (Brought over from Holland). He's so sweet and docile he's a favorite of the familys'. This is devastating for us.
 
I need to know what to put in the syringe if I have to use a feeding tube. I have tube fed puppies, kittens and even foals in the past and I have a pretty good sense of chicken anatomy so I am sure I can do this if need be.

@casportpony would have better suggestions I'm sure, but you can try making a wet slurry out his feed, or I think some people use Kaytee Baby Bird formula which can be found at the pet store (like PetSmart).

Keeping him hydrated is first and foremost, so plain water or if you have them add some poultry vitamins to the water.
If you think he will eat on his own try giving him some scrambled/hard boiled egg.

Concentrate on keeping him warm. A room or cage that is 80-85 degrees is ideal. If he perks up, then you could try tubing some Pedialyte at ~2-3 ml per 100 grams, wait 60-90 minutes and repeat if crop has cleared or mostly cleared, then one one time in 2-4 hours. Fluids *must* be given before food!

If you still need to tube food after he's hydrated, go get some Kaytee Exact baby bird food from Petsmart or Petco.
