Hatching Quail

Well I'm still curious if it is or not. Definitely seems advantageous for you to at least dry hatch the courtunix from now on. Are you going to try the button on a higher humidity and see what happens?

I am going to try another dry incubation and see if I get the same results. The buttons are just kinda the wife's little hobby so the low hatch rates of those don't bother me much. If I do get the same results then I suppose I will have to incubate them separately lol. I'll try to keep you updated!

Awesome definitely let me know. I'm curious as to the outcome. Once our yard is done and the trees are more established I plan on raising courtunix for meat. And who knows maybe one day my daughter will want some button quail for fun. I always wanted them when I was little but grew up too fast to do it. They are very cute little birds after all.
