I have an almost 7 month old Ancona that still has not laid any eggs yet. Any clue when she may start?

She should have started. I have to ask, are you sure it's a hen? Otherwise hidden nests are always a possibility.

She's a hen, I've checked but can't find any hidden nests.
Can you post a pic of her?

You should maybe keep her in your coop for a day or two and see if she lays in there, that way you know if she's laying in the yard or not

Late starter...some are.
Not sure what for that breed is typical.
Don't think it's a cockerel.
Can always check vent and pelvic points...is they 'test positive' for laying, lock her up for a time.
Vent:
Dry, tight, and smaller - usually not laying.
Moist, wide, and larger - usually laying
Pelvic Points 2 bony points(pelvic bones) on either side of vent:
Less than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means not laying.
More than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means laying.
Not sure what for that breed is typical.

It looks a bit thick to be a purebred Ancona. They are built like leghorns and start laying at about 4 months of age. Here's one of mine with some Orpington roosters for body type comparison.
