What causes Infertile eggs to have bulls eye?

I'm curious what causes this. I've had it in the past, but never got an answer. I had no rooster with them and no rooster around them in the fertility time frame. What causes perfect bulls eye without a rooster? I tried incubating for the heck of it, knowing nothing will happen and it didnt.

What was your "fertility time frame"?
They can remain fertile for up to about a month after no exposure to a cock/erel.

I remember a discussion on this, but only recall that it is possible for an infertile egg to have the bullseye but not what causes it. Bummed me out from a hatching aspect.

Yes, I made a thread a couple years ago about it too. And the time frame of fertilization after roos. I never had a roo so there could be no time frame if that makes sence.
