What breed are those?

Mornings all, 4 hrs sleep and I feel like I have been beat half to death. Lovely way to start the day. My Nancy comes today. She is the only one I wanted to buy something for for Christmas and I cant. Not what I wanted to buy her anyway. I can pick her up some little something. Not sure what. She will be back next wednesday so I have a week.
What did you want on get her??.

Sitting here with one of the twins not feeling well. He has a mild temp and got a nose bleed. Nose bleed is due to dry air. I use to get them growing up and not much can be done. Air is not able to be humidified enough in the winter. Summer with the high humidity no nose bleeds happen.

So please pardon my absence or lack of real responses. He is the smaller twin and has always been one to cause me to worry.

We know the ones listed will be longer-term, but they will also be able to provide us with eggs for eating and hatching.
By the time they are laying eggs they are big enough to eat. Then you have a choice, fried eggs or fried chicken.

With input from several people across several platforms, we have gotten the breeds down to: Buckeye Chantecler Delaware Dorking Orpington Wyandotte
I had a couple of Partridge Chanteclers, I wouldn't call them meaty. Have you considered White Rocks? They seem to be better muscled than many of my other breeds. Good layers too.

I truly SUCK at telling lies.
Isn't lying kinda against your religious training?

I dont think you need to lie Twist. Its not in your nature. Tell him the truth. You are put into the middle of disagreements with him and his wife and you decided its not a good place to be. Tell them together. then run
Great advice!

I hope he feels better soon. My husband gets lots of nose bleeds.

Scott- I am having a hard time making this decision. How about you pay all transportation and the rest of the deal you presented I will go along with?

My response

I am willing to pay for transportation both ways. I will also pay for the owner registration papers transfer with IYAK. You pay for brucillious on the 2 cows. We each pay for health checks on our respective animals. The exchange to take place between Feb 15 and first of March depending on road conditions

Thank you, my heart wanted me to ask for another calf, but knew that wouldn't go over

Are you going to draw up agreement like you did last time?
