Doing great and it's a lovely afternoon here, mid 80's sunny and breezy, a pleasant day. Plus one of my hens came off the nest with eleven chicks today.

When I went to pick up my puppy, my friend was helping her friend with some sheep. The mother wouldn’t let the dark one nurse. We had to go over and hold the mom so this one could nurse. They are a breed I had never heard of. The shed out their wool. They are mainly used for meat. Here are some pictures. The breed is Katahdin
Can anyone tell me what color this chick will be. First one hatched.
