What is wrong with my duck?

This is Murry, she's 3 years old and has recently been molting her feathers. But this time as she molts it has been very rapid. She has skin exposure on the neck and will not let anyone touch it. I have done some research. But I cannot find what I could be. She has been kissing a few big feathers, but she seems to be losing them faster in her neck. Her pool water is being changed once a week, and her water bowl is changed in the morning noon and night. She also has been shacking due to what I think is being cold from her loss of feathers. If you have any idea what this could be, please reply.

I haven't seen raw necks in ducks that aren't mating so something is definitely wrong. I guess I would dust her for mites and fleas, and add straw & a heat lamp to keep her comfortable. If it doesn't start clearing up or other symptoms like a respiratory infection start showing you should take her to an avian vet.
