I don't know what's wrong with my hen!

My baby, Crumbles, is sick. She sneezes (so do all my other babies), and shakes her head. All the others shake their head, but nothing like her. She's constantly doing it! They all have runny noses. Otherwise, everyone seems fine- except Crumb. She now has these weird red bumps on the sides of her eyes. They keep getting bigger and bigger. Her comb looks weird too. Her nose is getting super red, also. She's also skinny. She's way lighter than the others. Her beak's always been a bit oddly shaped, so I don't know if that might have something to do with her weight. No one has breathing problems or lethargy or anything. Everyone acts like normal chickens. Crumbles has always been really dumb and once she fell into the pond. I immediately got her out and used a hairdrier to get her dried off. I don't know if these have anything to do with what might be wrong with her.
There are 11 babies (11 weeks old). We also have 5 big chickens. Two of them have bubbles on their eyes and have serious breathing issues and cough and sneeze and have runny noses. None of the babies have bubbles in their eyes though. Just the big ones.
Honestly, I'd like to help all of them, but Crumb is the one I'm most concerned about due to her weight and the red eyes bumps. Any help with identifying her issues would be greatly appreciated!!

Crumb ALWAYS has her tail really far down for some reason too. Ever since she began having a tail.

Thank you in advance for your help! I'm so worried about her, especially because of her very low weight. She is skinny and when I pet her, I feel her spine really well, unlike the others. I'm worried she could die because of this! Please, please help me!

Poor girl. Sounds like she may be genetically weaker than her siblings, more prone to sinus infections and upper respiratory issues. There are some ways you can help her with this, make things more comfortable.
Fresh air and good air-movement in the coop, low dust bedding, regular cleaning of the water, avoiding something she may be allergic too (you could try changing her bedding), keeping her extra warm with a heat light, feeding extra vitamins in her water or with her food.

It could be something more serious, something the older hens passed on and are now more affected by because of their lower immune system (hens over 1 have a lower immune system because of how often they lay). However, I'm not an expert on all the different diseases that can cause these symptoms.

A chicken that stands with its tail down may have some issue inside of her that could do with genetics as well. I know that older hens hold their tail down when they start having internal laying or water belly. However, a young pullet shouldn't have these issues.

I felt that it might be an issue she was born with. I've been giving her ACV and colloidal silver. I have been having a heat lamp option for her until recent. She's still way too thin and her feathers have lost their luster. Her bumps on her eyes are no better, still sneezing and head shaking. She doesn't seem to be getting worse though. No better either. I don't know what else to do for her
