I'm specifically concerned for the lighter gray one that starts out in the bottom left corner of the group. When you approach it is laying down. It walks a few steps then immediately lays down again. It takes a few more steps but only after you get really close. It doesn't stand at all unless walking and it only walks a few steps. There are a few others that also spend the majority of the time during the video just laying down. This is not normal behavior especially considering the group is in an excited state.
As I said before, if this is typical then they are likely deficient. There is an easy and inexpensive solution. But ultimately it is up to you to decide if you think there is a problem and how to proceed.
