Pretty sure my pullets ate the tin foil that was covering the water bucket 6 days ago. Long story! Anyway, how long until you'd eat the eggs after they ate tin foil? We haven't eaten any since then.

I doubt a chicken's system is quite capable of digesting aluminu(i)m. Since It is difficult to eat an egg without opening it* and she is more likely to poop it out than assimilate it into an egg anyway (different set of pipes), I would just be sure to check any eggs before eating them and pullout any pieces you may find. Not that it would do you any harm if you were to eat it, you would just pass it as well.
Edit: Besides, pullets don't usually lay eggs...
*I wouldn't hard boil any for a week or two though.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for asking! No need to stop eating those eggs. If they did eat the foil, the. It will pass through the animals. It shouldn't affect the eggs.

My chickens once pecked away a styrofoam cooler I had drying outside. They are a decent portion of it before I noticed they got to it. I wouldn't feed it to them ever again, but all chickens were fine! Things pass right through them.
Foil, styrofoam- it doesn't get in the eggs so you're good to go.
