That looks like it could be fowl pox. Google it and see if the pictures look similar to what your turkey has. The one on her face looks larger than what I'd expect fowl pox to be, though. Are you seeing anything like that on your other birds - chickens or turkeys?

The one on her face doesn't look like the fowl pox that my other turkeys had. That was years ago, but the one on her neck DOES look like pox. I'm not sure if that's what it is, though. None of my other birds have any lesions or bumps. And the big one is PERFECTLY round...
I agree with you that the one her face doesn't look like you'd expect fowl pox to look like. Hopefully, someone has some other ideas for you...and hopefully, it's not pox.
