My orpington hen that had crooked neck isn't looking too hot
She's all pale, can barely raise her head and always has her eyes shut

She didn't even react when the puppy tried getting her through the fence

Think I'm just gonna have to put her out but if anything can be done I'd like to know thanks

Did she originally have Wry Neck? How did you treat?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
How does her abdomen feel?
Has she been wormed?
Is she beginning to molt?

You can try bringing her in, giving some poultry vitamins and make sure she is not dehydrated. See if this will perk her up. If she is molting, then offer some extra protein (egg, tuna, mackerel, meat). Molting can be very hard on them.

Depending on how the abdomen feels, she may be suffering from an internal laying/reproductive disorder. Any egg colored poop or laying of soft shell eggs?

I'm so sorry you are having trouble. Sometimes it's hard to know what's going on. I do understand, if she is totally miserable and you feel like she is failing, then putting her down is a kind, loving and responsible thing to do.
 
Did you continue wry neck treatment for two weeks after she was cured.If you immediately stop treatment once they are cured it will come back.

She feels very light, disn't notice anything about her abdomen area. She does smell horrible and her feathers seem kinda frayed and rough. Never had her wormed and she hasn't layed an egg in probably 2 months or so. She's getting close to 4 years old. She kinda shakes too. I'm not very familiar with wry neck so I don't know the symptoms other than a crooked neck. Tonight she couldn't even get into the roosts

If she smells bad, then she most likely has some type of infection going on. Check her vent area, if it is especially dirt, then give her a soaking in a warm soapy bath and clean the bum. This will help you inspect the vent and surrounding tissues for any type of wound or something like flystrike. Also take this as an opportunity to check under her wings and belly to make sure their are no wounds/sores, that could be infected and causing the smell.

Sometimes cancer or tumors can possibly cause an odor as well, so it could be internal if you don't find any obvious cause when doing an external check.

How long ago did she have the "crooked neck" and how did you treat it?

Offer some extra poultry vitamins and some chopped egg to see if she will eat.
