Watery Poo and sneezing but healtgy

My Easter eager has had watery poo for several weeks and she seems to sneeze or cough occasionally. Her eggs are

occasionally spotted as well, the spots look like grit? She eats and plays well otherwise. Anything I can do? The poop picture is white here, but sometimes clear liquid with some green poop. No worms or colors.

Speckled eggs are usually just the chicken trying to make her eggs stronger .Was it hot in the last few days?.The poop just looks like she was hot and drank more water than food.

No, a cool 50-60 during the day lately. The web doesn't really go into details, but kidney disease? Can't really see if her nightly coop poop is also watery.
They all shared a spoon of yogurt today. Any of the vitamins worth a shot?
 
Honestly that poop looks normal to me.She probably drank more water than food.My chickens have pooped like that before.
 
well, it's been a month since her last egg, so I spent a week or 2 looking into all sorts of stuff.

Decided on yogurt and garlic. 3 morning feeds and a few days later it looks like her poo is not watery anymore?!!! and she even squatted for me today. maybe it was her 1 month winter off? she is missing a few feathers under her neck (barely noticeable) but the new ones are on their way back in.
