Temperature fluctuations and lack of humidity is very tough on hatching eggs. High humidity is required to stop the chick becoming shrink wrapped (stuck) in the egg. The membrane around the chick dries out too much and encloses the chick stopping it from turning in the egg. If shrink wrapping occurs this can halt the hatching process.
Do you not see anything moving? Try to get a good seal with the light going into the egg to make it as clear as possible. Not letting the light escape can really make the egg clearer.
