Duck egg starting pipping a little and is only on day 25

Do I stop rotating it, I have 2 eggs and one egg was put in a day earlier then the other. I found out today that the first one I put in has a little pip in it already, but it's only the 25th day. I took it off the turner, but do I keep rotating it by hand? Also how often do I do it by hand... this is my first time and I'm really nervous. Thank you to anyone who helps me
