I have 4 girls, one didn't lay this season. But now I Have an odd colored egg. Could she be laying early

They were all the same age and they all started laying early in September but one today and I heard they won't lay if they don't lay after October and now I have these weird colored eggs is it possible that she's laying early in the middle of the winter?
