Log In Boxes Missing

get on the site and the log-in boxes were gone, submit button was still there

Anyone else with this issue??

Yes i know, i hit the submit button and it redirected me to a page that told me to create a log-in or enter my username and password that had boxes

I also could have used my mobile device

no, i just logged out and did it again, trying to upload screenshots
and @twisted-acres-farm had the issue too
 
I think the tech team will want to know your operation system, browser and version, add ons, and a screen shot (this is what they have asked for before :D)

i am not computer savy, at all
i know i am using chrome incognito, otherwise i have nothing else to offer
hide.gif


i can find things but know nothing about how computers work
