Help! Yellowish watery poop

My hen just pooped this out. I'm scared she might be an internal layer because she's never once laid an egg despite being 12 months old. What is this poop indicative of? She hasn't been eating as much feed lately, although she will eat it out of my hand and still enjoys treats.

It's possible since she has never laid an egg and she's that old that she may have internal laying/reproductive issues like Peritonitis, Ascites, Salpingitis, cancer or tumors.

How does her abdomen feel - any swelling, bloating or feeling like it has fluid in it?

Fecal testing can rule out worms, cocci or bacterial infection, so if you have a vet that can test a sample for you that would be great.

Her butt area, where all the fluff is, seems abnormally large. It doesn't feel squishy or fluid filled, more firm I guess. I don't know if that's her abdomen, as her stomach is flat. She's always been like this and has never had any problems before. I don't understand why she's suddenly pooping less.

Can you take her to a vet?
 
I wish, but I don't think there are any vets nearby who can do poultry examinations. Do you think there's any chance that she'll be okay? She's otherwise alert and healthy. She's my favorite and we only have two hens in total, so I really don't want to lose her.
 
It's hard to know what's going on, but the poop does not look normal to me.

Without testing, there's know way to know. You can try de-worming to see if that helps. Either of these can usually be found at your local feed store Valbazen 1/2 ml orally and then repeated in 10 days for each chicken or Fenbendazole (Safeguard, Panacur) at 1/4 ml per pound for 5 days in a row.

It's possible what you are seeing is some egg matter and if she has a large abdomen, then she may have an internal laying/reproductive disorder. This over time can cause infection and the abdomen to enlarge which in turn will start to press on internal organs/intestines. Supportive care is usually all that can be done. Keep her hydrated and make sure she is eating. Give poultry vitamins once a week and keep an eye on her.
 
I agree with Wyorp Rock. If you have a regular animal vet, most will perform fecal floats for you even though they don't see chickens. You might call and beg a little.
